Business Applications Specialist
(60% - 100%)
In this role, you work closely with our specialized departments and ensure that our business applications are used optimally and continuously developed. You identify improvement potentials, bring ideas, and actively participate in our digital development, from process optimization to automation and new technologies. You are the central interface between business activities and IT and contribute to gradually evolving our working methods, systems, and processes.

Your tasks
- Management and development of our business applications, especially our cloud-based rental management ERP
- First-level support and assistance to users for complex business operations
- Analysis and optimization of business processes in collaboration with specialized departments
- Advising users for optimal system use
- Initiate and support improvements, changes, and system updates
- Plan and conduct tests during system adaptations
- Assist and train employees on new functionalities and digital tools
- Establish and develop process and system documentation
- Participate in our digital development (e.g., automation, data analysis, or AI)
Your profile
- Training in business informatics, computer science, or business management (CFC, ES, bachelor or equivalent)
- Experience in technical management or development of an ERP system
- Interest in new technologies, digital possibilities, and in-depth knowledge of our ERP system
- Strong interest in business processes and their digitization
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working method
- Ability to explain complex topics understandably
- Enjoy helping colleagues and developing solutions together
- Languages: French and German (one language at native level, the other at least at B2 level)
