We are looking for a motivated, curious, and team-oriented Derivative Product Officer to join the Banking Operations Department within the Pictet Group.
As a Derivative Product Officer, you will support the processing of Exchange Traded (ETD) and Over-the-Counter (OTC) Derivatives transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across our global booking centers (Swiss, Europe, Asia, and North America).
Your curiosity, desire to understand processes, and commitment to delivering quality service will be key to your success and to the team’s continuous improvement.
Your role
- Processing, monitoring, confirming and settling Derivatives transactions to a high quality standard. Check and act on several status orderbooks and reports. Ensure the appropriate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries.
- Demonstrate a willingness to understand the full process chain and contribute ideas for process improvements. Participate in team efforts to analyze and enhance existing workflows, aiming for greater efficiency and risk reduction.
- Work closely with the different stakeholders involved in the booking chain to ensure smooth and accurate invoicing processes.
Your profile
- Previous experience working in derivatives back office functions.
- Strong curiosity and desire to understand how things work and to contribute to team success.
- Strong oral and written communication. Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Skilled user of Avaloq is a plus.
- Comfortable with MS Office suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks.
- Willingness to follow policy and procedures.
- Strong team player with collaborative attitude.
- Swiss resident or willing to relocate.
