100% Craft Workshop Manager
As a workshop manager, you will be responsible for supervising the construction of electrical panels by managing the assembly staff and ensuring smooth coordination with the technical office and the production manager.
Mission :
- Plan key activities in the short and medium term by integrating internal and external sector constraints.
- Supervise project execution by ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and safety requirements.
- Plan, organize, ensure participation, and manage coordination meetings of your teams and with other trades and subcontractors.
- Guarantee the conformity of delivered products and contribute to the continuous improvement of assembly methods.
- Ensure the profitability of contracts by monitoring key indicators, controlling costs, and taking necessary corrective measures.
- Manage, supervise, and support assembly teams by ensuring the skills, resources, and organization necessary for activity completion.
- Share your expertise, contribute to the development of your team's skills, and actively participate in apprentice training.
Profile :
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an automation technician or equivalent.
- Federal diploma in the activity or managerial field is an asset.
- Proven experience in the industrial field.
- Demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit by embodying exemplary behavior daily.
- Knows how to unite and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Cultivates an excellent team spirit by establishing a lasting climate of trust.
- Category "B" driving license mandatory.
