Head of Plant Services

We are an independent internationally active food producer. In addition to culinary products such as soups, sauces, spices, bouillons, instant coffees, breakfast drinks, and cereal bars, which we produce for retail and large consumers, we have an extensive range of semi-finished products intended for the food industry.

• Leading the plant services team with 12 employees
• Organizing cleaning & maintenance of all premises (changing rooms, offices, break rooms, restrooms, etc.)
• Coordinating waste and residual material disposal
• Managing work clothes and company laundry
• Procuring consumables and organizing internal moving tasks
• Coordinating & collaborating with internal departments and external service providers
• Assisting in managing the internal vehicle fleet
• Training and promoting the team in hygiene and safety
• Taking on special assignments

• Completed vocational training (facility maintenance, janitor, or similar)
• Experience and/or further training in staff management
• Organizational talent with technical flair
• Proactive, independent, and reliable working style
• High service orientation and team player mentality
