Tasks
- Organize smooth service operations and manage mise-en-place tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on food preparation.
- Train and coach staff while ensuring adherence to HACCP and safety standards.
Skills
- Completed culinary training and experience in upscale dining environments.
- Strong knowledge of European cuisine and flexible working hours.
- Excellent English skills, with additional languages a plus.

- Support of the Executive Chef in planning future personnel requirements.
- Coaching and advising employees through constructive feedback.
- Knowledge and implementation of occupational safety guidelines and procedures
- Organization and implementation of department-specific training, Rieber Check Cloud and HACCP system
Your profile
- Successfully completed chef training, professional experience in a similar position and in upscale gastronomy
- Good knowledge of European cuisine
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Independent, hygienic and precise way of working
- Good English skills, spoken and written, additional languages (especially German) are an advantage
- Exceptional handling of hectic situations while maintaining a consistently professional way of working
