- Independent processing from invoicing to debt collection to loss certificate within your own area of responsibility (property and personal insurance)
- Versatile telephone and written customer contacts including individual solution finding in case of financial bottlenecks
- Processing of payments, transfers, write-offs, and clarifications of special cases
- Interface function to distribution, underwriting, CRM, accounting as well as external offices such as debt collection offices and courts

- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent basic training
- Excellent French and German skills (mandatory)
- Italian skills are an advantage
- 2 to 3 years of experience in debt collection and/or knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (advantageous) or 2 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry in internal sales or customer service
- Reliable, resilient, and open personality
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Openness to change, enjoyment of customer contact, and good communication skills
- Committed team player with a good sense of humor
- Self-responsibility and decisiveness characterize you
