Spa Operations Manager 80% - 100% (m/f/d)

Your daily work

• Responsibility for the operational management of the spa and fitness area
• Professional and operational leadership of a 3-person spa team
• Active participation in daily business (reception, consultation, guest care)
• Ensuring a consistently high service and quality standard
• Acceptance and coordination of reservations (phone & email)
• Handling guest correspondence as well as administrative back-office tasks
• Conducting control rounds including order, cleanliness, and quality checks
• Proactive sale of spa treatments, products, and memberships
• Co-responsibility for the care and management of spa memberships
• Conducting inventories as well as ordering and managing products
• Participation in management, operations, and marketing meetings
• Administration and maintenance of the spa software TAC

What we expect from you

• Completed training in wellness, cosmetics, or hospitality or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with experience in the spa or wellness sector
• First experience in a similar position, ideally in a hotel or upscale spa environment
• Fluent German skills as well as good English skills
• Enjoyment in competent and high-quality guest care
• Networked thinking and acting as well as an independent, structured, and clean working style
• Strong communication skills as well as talent and joy in sales
