The Daycare for Active Researchers (TaFF) has been operating four locations in the canton of Lucerne since 2009. We offer the children under our care optimal learning and development opportunities every day. With us, children are free to research and discover to their heart's content! For our location in Lucerne, we are looking for an Educational Leader with a tertiary level degree 80% - 100% in a fixed-term position, until the end of August 2026 as maternity cover, starting March 1, 2026 or by arrangement.

You have a qualification as a childcare professional EFZ with an additional tertiary level degree (e.g., federal specialist certificate in leadership or childhood pedagogy HF). You bring several years of experience in childcare and ideally have already completed leadership training. You are characterized by an independent, clear, and flexible working style. In hectic situations, you keep an overview and contribute to structured workflows.

- Planning and conducting daily routines, activities, and excursions
- Assisting in childcare
- Assisting, planning, and implementing structures in everyday life, implementing goal-oriented weekly planning
- Maintaining contact and cooperation with the city of Lucerne
- Working with parents
