As an Employee Market Development, you take on a central hub function between customers, transporters, authorities, and our processing companies. As a committed and customer-oriented personality, you ensure optimal processes, well-founded decisions, and high customer satisfaction.

Your area of responsibility

• Processing customer inquiries and customer advice via email and telephone.
• Contact point for internal questions regarding the handling of disposal concerns.
• Coordination and administrative handling of material deliveries/removals including permits and billing.
• Disposition of internal and external logistics to fulfill transport orders.
• Ensuring sales back office and truck disposition during holiday cover.

Your profile

• Good communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people.
• Dynamic as well as service- and solution-oriented personality.
• Commercial basic training or other basic training (e.g., truck driver) with commercial further education/experience.
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications.
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in a similar function.
