Your daily tasks & responsibilities

• Aircrafts maintenance inputs follow-up
• Running projects – interface with customer & project – quotes creation and monitoring
• Daily interface & communication with Purchasing team who is providing quotations with different options and responsibility to pre-select more relevant options for Customer in terms of price, lead time, warranty and certification/traceability
• Daily interface & communication with Aircraft supervisor, Project Managers & onsite representatives/Customers for project follow-up
• Project cost monitoring to make sure all costs are submitted/approved by the Customer on time
• Maintain master file between CRM & ERP (AMOS)
• General administrative tasks

• Very good communication in English & French (verbal and written)
• Word & Excel proficiency
• Very good organizational and communication skills, attention to detail
• Highly autonomous and proactive, able to take initiative and anticipate team needs
• Positive, empathetic, and supportive, helping the team stay motivated, focused, and efficient
• Trusted, reliable and solution-oriented
• Comfortable interacting with international stakeholders
• Ability to work on a fast pace environment with changing priorities
