For our small but fine and well-coordinated IT team, we are looking for an initiative and dynamic technology enthusiast with a knack for pragmatic solutions to complete our team.

• Responsibility for exciting projects in the areas of infrastructure, workplace, network, security, and telephony
• Active shaping of the further development of our server, virtualization, and network environments
• Support of our Windows clients, including software packaging and implementation of endpoint security solutions
• Maintenance of our telephone system and ensuring optimal use of desktop and mobile clients
• Support in 2nd-level support for ERP and WMS systems
• Representation of the system administrator and supporter to ensure constant availability of the systems
• Ensuring complete and precise technical documentation to make processes transparent and comprehensible

• completed training as an IT specialist EFZ in the field of system technology or equivalent qualification, preferably further education in business informatics (HF/FH)
• several years of experience in system engineering as well as sound knowledge in SME on-premises environments
• advanced knowledge in IT project management
• enjoyment of direct customer contact and a service-oriented working style
• independent, structured, and reliable personality
• excellent analytical and business management thinking skills
• confident expression in German as well as good English skills (level B2)
• driver's license category B is an advantage
