The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Bündner mountains. 🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Completed vocational training with experience in a similar position
Work experience in 5-star hotels desired
German and English as languages are required, any additional language is an advantage
Team player, responsible and flexible
Well-groomed appearance and professional manners
Empathetic and discreet personality as well as service-oriented demeanor
Organizational talent who keeps an overview even in hectic times

Responsible for a safe, smooth hotel operation during the night
Conducting regular security rounds during the night
Late check-ins as well as early check-outs
Acceptance and execution of room service orders
Control and execution of daily closings
Various cleaning tasks during the night
