Your tasks
- Design of print and digital materials (brochures, flyers, social media, newsletters)
- Content creation and maintenance for social media channels, websites, landing pages, and intranet
- Organization of events and writing texts for various company departments
- Coordination with external agencies, photographers, and printing companies
- Consulting internal stakeholders on marketing and communication matters
- Support of apprentices and employees with disabilities in everyday work
Your profile
- Completed training as a media technician EFZ, commercial clerk EFZ with marketing focus, or comparable qualification – with several years of professional experience
- Further education in marketing or communication
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) as well as MS Office
- Knowledge of WordPress and video editing programs is an advantage
- Very good German spoken and written; clear, target group-oriented communication
- Creative, structured, and independent working style
- Empathetic, open personality with genuine interest in the social sector and working with people with disabilities
- Ideally networked in the Schaffhausen region
