• Planning and implementation of effective quality management in national and international rail vehicle projects
• Coordination of interfaces and moderation in development projects within the matrix organization
• Contact person for quality-relevant project topics towards customers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Creation and maintenance of quality-related documentation with a focus on customer-relevant vehicle documents
• Monitoring project-related reviews as well as participation in deviation and change management including root cause analysis
• Conducting audits, first article inspections (FAI), and customer approvals
• Continuous process optimization and further development of document templates

• Completed technical studies or completed technical basic training with corresponding further education in the quality field
• Several years of experience in project and quality management
• Knowledge of standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 17050, 10005, 10006) desirable
• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form (level C1)
• Willingness to travel about 20–30 %
