Your Area of Responsibilities :

• Analyze the as-is process and define the to-be process from end to end


• Liaise with internal customers


• Create in collaboration with the customer business cases


• Accompany the internal customer through the whole process give updates about the progress


• Work together with external instrument vendors


• Presentation of the solution to the customer and ensure test feedback


• Support stakeholders by taking on smaller issues or providing information that is needed
  

Your Qualificatio n and Experience :

• University degree in science, informatics, or equivalent work exposure within life sciences


• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst


• Strong Stakeholder Management Experience


• Acquired work experience within international projects (i.e. teams located in different countries)


• Project Management skills would be an asset


• Fluent in English and French (in writing and speaking)


• Strong interpersonal skills and out of the box thinking


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Advanced troubleshooting skills
