Your Work Environment

Our interdisciplinary ward combines the specialties of visceral surgery, ear, nose and throat medicine (ENT) as well as internal medicine. It offers an exciting, varied and demanding work environment with a broad patient spectrum. Interprofessional exchange with various professional groups is at the center of our high-quality patient care.

Your Tasks

• Comprehensive professional care and support of patients from the mentioned specialties
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures according to the nursing process
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists and other departments
• Support and guidance of trainees and students in the nursing field
• Active participation in the further development of nursing quality and internal processes

Qualifications

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
• Professional experience in acute care, ideally with knowledge in the areas of visceral, surgery, ENT or internal medicine
• Sense of responsibility, high social competence and ability to work in a team
• Enjoyment of a dynamic work environment with changing requirements
• Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous further education
