Team Leader Contract Management (80-100%)

What you can achieve with us

• You lead a small team and are the central contact point for internal and external service providers in the field of vocational integration.
• You negotiate with our service providers and ensure reliable handling of contract management including quality assurance.
• You are responsible for the needs-based procurement and further development of vocational integration measures.
• You act as an interface between our service providers and the internal specialist departments.
• You enjoy sharing your know-how in exciting professional exchanges.

Which skills are important to us

• You bring experience in leading a small, dynamic team.
• Ideally, you have experience in contract or project management.
• You have a confident sense for customer satisfaction and quality management.
• You enjoy working with digital tools and AI to make processes more efficient and smarter.
• Responsibility and teamwork are not opposites for you.
• You have strong, target-group-appropriate communication skills, both written and oral, ideally in German and French.
