The Alterszentrum Sumiswald AG has over 130 single rooms in a rural setting in the Emmental. A total of 230 employees and around 40 volunteers are respectfully and committedly dedicated to the well-being of the residents.

The person at the center – we are looking for you!

• Co-responsibility for the care and support of our residents with dementia
• Participation in specialist groups such as Palliative Care, Dementia, Kinaesthetics
• Involvement in work with relatives
• Assumption of daily responsibility

• Completed nursing training HF or equivalent qualification
• Independent, reliable and professional way of working
• You are characterized by empathy and social competence
• Professional support of team members
• Creative, mindful approach to the residents

• Regular job-related further training
• Appreciative cooperation and informal culture among employees
• GAV for staff of Bernese long-term care institutions
