Category Manager PC Systems & Peripherals (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for managing and actively supporting the assigned manufacturer portfolio, the operational control, and ongoing development of business activities
- You plan your product portfolio regarding quantity, order/delivery timing, aiming to achieve the manufacturer’s purchasing goals in collaboration with the purchasing department
- You develop sales-promoting campaigns and communication measures towards our customers together with the manufacturers
- You support key customers with a specific manufacturer focus in coordination and cooperation with our field sales team
- You assist in the further development of our product portfolio and customer-specific services, monitor the market, and follow the latest trends in your area
- You conduct product training for sales or other internal/external departments
What You Bring
- You are proud of your completed vocational training (retail/commercial) and possibly already have further education in commercial/marketing/sales or business administration
- You enjoy communicating and gladly use your language skills in German and English – if you can also communicate in French, that is "formidable"
- You have an affinity for the IT industry, especially in the monitor sector, and a strong flair for marketing, sales, and negotiation
- The common MS Office applications are not new to you – SAP knowledge or experience with a similar ERP system is an advantage
- You are a proactive, goal-oriented, and team-capable personality with a friendly and competent demeanor and good communication skills
