We at Spitex Uster, a business area of the City of Uster, are looking for committed colleagues who want to ensure and advance outpatient care, support, and assistance for about 40,500 residents in the City of Uster and the Municipality of Mönchaltorf together with us.
Our range of services includes both somatic and psychiatric care, counseling, household help, and support as well as the Spitex shop. In addition, we are a training and internship location and a member of the Gesundheitsmeile Uster training cooperation. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our clients through professional, caring, and individual care, support, and assistance in the household. With our help, clients can stay in their familiar environment or return home earlier after a hospital stay.

Your main tasks
- Implementing the care process and close cooperation with the case managers
- Resource- and relationship-oriented care and support of clients with dementia
- Observing, recognizing, and acting professionally on changes in behavior and condition of clients
- Accurate electronic documentation of services and observations
- Contributing ideas, experience, and expertise in building a new offering in the dementia area
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
What you bring
- Completed EFZ training as a Health Professional (FaGe)
- Experience in the care and support of people with dementia
- High social and communication skills as well as patience and empathy
- Independent, responsible, and reflective working style
- Digital fitness for daily electronic administration
- Good oral and written German skills
- Optionally own car (kilometer allowance by Spitex) or driver's license category B, alternatively e-bikes are available
