We are looking for a committed group leader for a mixed-age group for our location CARMENSTRASSE.
What are your tasks?
- Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
- Co-design of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children
- Support in the developmental documentation of the children using portfolios
- Co-design of a parenting partnership with the families
- Co-design of excursions and parent activities
- Active participation in team meetings
- Co-creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere
What should you bring?
- A completed training as FABE, educator or comparable socio-pedagogical qualifications
- Team player
- Initiative, creativity and flexibility
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
