Cleanroom Team Leader 100%
Your area of responsibility
- Leads the area professionally and acts as the first contact person for the employees
- Supports the Group Manager in resource planning (personnel, equipment, and material)
- Implements actions or measures in the area identified from workshops, projects, or ControlTower
- Is approximately 50% active in day-to-day business and spends the remaining time on professional leadership and planning of the area
- Ensures an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Accompanies the introduction of new products, processes, or equipment in the area and immediately reports difficulties regarding quality, process stability, and performance
- Continuously optimizes the area and actively lives the KVP and 5S philosophy
- Department-related tasks include, among others, final rinsing, packaging, and labeling of Medartis products as well as cleaning and disinfecting the cleanroom and the furniture in the cleanroom according to the cleaning plan
- Assists in analyzing and processing error messages and CAPAs, as well as in creating and processing qualifications and validations
- Assists in optimizing existing processes and documentation
- Regular 2-shift work with willingness to work day shifts and/or Saturdays
Your qualifications
- Completed vocational training, higher professional education is an advantage
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- At least 5 years of cleanroom experience
- Experience in the GxP area, in hygiene areas
- Experience in the LEAN area (Green or Black Belt)
- Fluent German (B2), English is an advantage
- Confident in handling PCs, good knowledge of MS Office applications
