YOUR TASKS
- Providing accurate information to our patients, visitors, customers, medical staff, suppliers, and employees
- Forwarding incoming calls to the correct contact person
- Responsibility for cash management and mail processing at reception
- Administrative support of patients during their admission and discharge as well as additional handling of assigned tasks from patient administration
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays, 7-day week, early, middle, and late shifts from 05:45 am - 8:00 pm
YOUR PROFILE
- Qualification as a hotel specialist or commercial basic training with experience at the reception and/or in healthcare
- Good IT user skills and flawless German language skills are required; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Friendly, helpful, and empathetic personality
- Calm and thoughtful way of thinking and acting, high resilience
- Organizational talent, independent working style, good communication skills, high customer orientation
