About the job
To complete its team, the Care Directorate is looking for the angiologie unit of the HFR (multi-site), a
Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC)
60-100%
Your mission:
- provide quality care in partnership with the person being cared for and their entourage, respecting the current care philosophy
- apply and control prescriptions regarding hygiene, cleaning, maintenance, and storage
- ensure orders and stock management
- ensure and promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all members of the establishment
- participate in the implementation of the patient’s therapeutic project, in close collaboration with the patient and the interdisciplinary team
- actively contribute to the smooth running of the service by proposing improvement measures
- work in tandem with the nurse
Your profile:
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a Community Health and Care Assistant or diploma as a medical assistant
- mastery of French or German, with very good knowledge of the partner language is essential
- experience in surgery is an asset
- proficiency in basic and specific computer tools
- autonomy, flexibility, reliability, and stress resistance
- adaptability and ability to accept changes
