We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a friendly and organized medical secretary or a comparably qualified professional with experience in gynecology and general medicine, especially in reception and organizational areas, at the Schönburg Medical Center. Our combined general practice and gynecology practice offers an exciting and varied work environment – with broad medical care, personal patient contact, and a collegial team spirit.
Job Description
- Patient reception and first point of contact by phone and on site
- Coordination and organization of appointments and patient summons
- Management of patient admission, master data maintenance, and practice administration
- Creation of medical documents according to dictation or template (doctor's letters, findings, etc.)
- Close collaboration with doctors and assistant staff
- Communication with referring parties and external institutions
Qualifications
- Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA), medical secretary, or comparable qualification
- Experience in gynecology is an advantage
- Enjoyment of direct patient contact and a professional demeanor
- Very good organizational skills and resilience in everyday practice
- Confident handling of practice software and MS Office
- Discretion, reliability, and ability to work in a team
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- French language skills are an advantage
