Axians operates an ISO 17025 accredited organization specializing in the measurement of non-ionizing radiation (NIS) from mobile communication systems ("NIS Laboratory").
The organization ensures that the legally prescribed limits within the framework of the NIS Ordinance (NIS-V) are complied with.
We would like to welcome you immediately or by arrangement to our Business Unit.
As an NIS measurement technician, you independently carry out measurements in the specified properties, record the results, and define measures if necessary to comply with the limit values.
The workload is between 80 - 100%. Your workplace can be Ittigen (BE), Zurich, Lausanne, or Müllheim (TG).
This field of activity excites you- Carrying out NIS acceptance measurements on site according to the defined measurement procedure
- Contact with customers and authorities
- Verification of the accuracy of measuring instruments
- Review of measurement values
- Preparation of measurement reports
- Definition of measures in case of limit value exceedance

- Technical training or higher technical school preferably in the field of measurement and radio technology
- Experience in the measurement of electromagnetic waves (preferably in the mobile communications sector)
- Independent, precise, reliable, persistent, proactive, and analytical thinking
- Very good knowledge of German; French and English skills are an advantage
- Driver's license category B
