For our Zurich Europaallee branch, we are looking for a Co-Team Leader Clothing 80 - 100% to start immediately or by arrangement. In a team of three leaders, you will take on one of the three roles as Co-Team Leader. Together, you lead the approximately 30-member Clothing/Kids team in our largest branch at Europaallee in Zurich. All team members share the same goal: to provide our customers with the best advice on everything related to outdoor products in the areas of clothing and kids. YOUR SPECIALTY AS CO-TEAM LEADER

Several years of leadership experience, ideally in retail. Evident in your profile.
Encounters with people and contact with our customers in Zurich. The most important to you.

Experience in retail and with sales strategy aspects. You bring this along.
Digitally savvy and proficient in common MS programs. Of course.
Taking on a role model function and living the company philosophy. You are used to it.
