About the job
What you can achieve
- Active collaboration with other members of the executive management as well as taking on projects at the executive level
- Development and implementation of medium- and long-term brand strategies as well as operational annual planning
- Comprehensive responsibility for the 360° marketing mix: ATL, BTL, digital including social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing
- Analysis of market and customer needs, identification of trends, and derivation of relevant innovations and line extensions
- Ensuring a consistent brand appearance (CI/CD) in Switzerland and internationally
- Leadership and empowerment of the marketing teams
- Budget responsibility for the entire marketing and efficient resource management
What you bring with you
- Several years of leadership experience in marketing and brand management functions
- A proven track record in the 360° marketing mix, including strong digital competence and portfolio expansion
- International experience, preferably in European markets
- Experience in building, leading, and developing marketing teams – ideally in a dynamic, growing, or transforming environment
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven work (KPIs, performance, ROI models)
- Entrepreneurial, strategic thinking combined with high quality standards
- Enjoyment of innovation, transformation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Fluent in German, very good English skills; solid French
