Your Impact
• Support in projects in the area of Executive Compensation, including the development of incentive programs and compensation concepts at national and global levels.
• Advice on compensation disclosure and compliance with Swiss as well as international compensation regulations.
• Conducting compensation benchmarks and active support in client acquisition and project management.
• Preparation and management of client proposals, presentations, concepts, regulations, tax opinions/decisions, and Excel simulations.
• Coordination and consolidation of tax and legal clarifications in various countries regarding compensation agreements.
• Access to diverse career perspectives at PwC.
Your Skill Set
• University degree in business, economics, or law; ideally 1-2 years of experience in HR or consulting (compensation/tax/law).
• Excellent German or French skills and very good English skills at least at Cambridge Advanced level.
• Strong interest in project-oriented and interdisciplinary work.
• High motivation, strong analytical thinking, and outstanding communication skills.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and show initiative from the start.
• Very good MS Office skills.
