What to expect
- Processing administrative and professional sales inquiries of all kinds via email and phone
- Managing the general mailbox with a wide variety of requests regarding company processes and workflows
- Recording, canceling, and changing orders
- Administrative tasks such as: invoice copies, address adjustments, delivery date information, new customer registration, importing web orders
- Recording and follow-up of offers
- Complaint management (resolving complaints independently and customer-oriented)
- Reception of external guests
What you bring
- Completed training (customer dialogue, retail, or commercial apprenticeship) (advantage) or career changer (service sector)
- Experience in customer service
- Fluent German & good French skills, English & Italian are an advantage
- Good comprehension and openness to applications such as Navision (ERP), BSI (CRM), Office365
- Strong team spirit and high service orientation
- Open and communicative personality
- Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented appearance
- Resilient in volume and complaint management
