Your Tasks

• You advise insured persons and pensioners on their benefit entitlements within the pension scheme – bringing in expertise and empathy
• You independently assess and calculate benefit cases in the areas of old age, disability, and death and coordinate the processes with internal and external offices
• The administration and maintenance of insured policies and benefit cases are part of your responsibilities – you ensure clarity and reliability
• Together with colleagues, you review benefit cases within the four-eyes principle and ensure quality
• In the pension fund management system MSPension, you carry out mutations and keep the data up to date
• You communicate in writing and orally with insured persons, specialist offices, and other contacts – clearly, friendly, and solution-oriented
• You contribute your ideas in projects and actively shape processes

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or further education, further training in social insurance is an advantage
• At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in occupational pension BVG or social insurance
• Proven experience in handling and supporting disability insurance cases
• Very good MS Office user skills
• Experience with the pension fund system MSPension is an advantage
• Initiative, team-oriented and resilient personality with proficient communication skills
• Customer orientation, flexibility, and independent working style
• Confident German; French and Italian are an advantage
