With great passion, we are responsible for the needs-based support of more than 70,000 corporate customers and their representatives in all basic services along their business and life events. Our core tasks include the structured identification and mediation of potentials. Additionally, we act bank-wide as a competence center for special topics such as capital deposits, associations, or condominium ownership (STWEG). Your Tasks
- Team support for entrepreneurs and SMEs according to their needs in all basic services
- Direct contact with representatives of SMEs and independent handling of their inquiries - by phone and digitally
- Structured potential recognition and exploitation or targeted referral to the appropriate consulting team
- Providing a service quality that delights customers
- Answering internal bank inquiries related to your areas of expertise
- Tasks related to anti-money laundering efforts
- Participation in the continuous improvement of our processes to increase customer satisfaction
Your Profile
- Commercial apprenticeship (preferably in the banking sector) or several years of professional experience in the financial industry
- Enthusiasm for telephone and digital customer contact
- Interest in corporate customer business
- High customer orientation and a communicative manner
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills are an advantage
