• You lead a dedicated team of team assistants in the management of residential and commercial spaces, promote their development, and ensure a professional first contact with our tenants
• You take over personnel planning, recruit new employees, and further develop your team professionally and personally
• You continuously improve processes and ensure service-oriented handling of concerns
• You conduct regular quality checks and report directly to the commercial space management
• You coordinate with the management teams for budget planning and create forecasts
• You keep an overview of ongoing repair and renovation orders and carry out lease changes, rent adjustments, and indexed rent adjustments
• You ensure timely collection and work closely with the accounting department
• You manage your own small portfolio of commercial spaces, take on special tasks, and engage in cross-departmental projects

• You have a federal certificate of competence in real estate management or an equivalent further education in the real estate sector
• You bring solid professional experience in the real estate industry, ideally with in-depth knowledge of tenancy law as well as construction and marketing topics
• You lead your team with empathy and create an environment for shared success
• You convince with pronounced social skills, a structured way of working, and personal responsibility
• You are digitally savvy, continuously develop yourself, and gladly share your knowledge with others
• You communicate confidently in German (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus
• You score with customer orientation and a confident appearance
• You think entrepreneurially, act proactively, and want to actively shape Livit's further development
