Would you like to take on a key role in a Swiss company known for its expertise in special civil engineering? Do you love steering the technical strategy, supporting engineers, and working on complex projects such as the multi-track expansion Zurich-Winterthur? In this position, you are at the center of the company's technical performance.

Your Role

As Head of the Technical Office, you are responsible for the technical expertise of the unit. You support the unit head in all strategic technical decisions and directly accompany the technical execution manager in project realization.

Your Main Tasks

• Developing technical solutions, execution methods, and variants
• Structural calculations and work preparation in basic and special civil engineering
• Supervising, supporting, and further developing the team under your responsibility
• Defining and managing the technical strategy of the unit together with the unit head
• Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, SUVA requirements, and internal standards
• Monitoring the further development of quality, studies, plans, calculations, and technical procedures
• Process and equipment optimizations
• Participation in tenders
• Representing the company towards clients, planners, engineers, geologists, and other key partners
• Promoting innovation, new technologies, and continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Engineer in civil engineering or geotechnics (FH, ETH or equivalent)
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in special civil engineering in Switzerland
• Excellent knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss construction practice
• Natural leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and solution orientation
• Proficiency in special software (Plaxis, Foxta, Talren, Autocad, BIM) is an advantage
• Good French skills with the ability to express yourself clearly to teams, customers, and partners
