- You take on the role of a key contact person in the interdisciplinary team, providing needs- and resource-oriented individual care and nursing for chronically mentally ill residents.
- You accompany them individually through the nursing process, successfully managing even complex situations.
- You ensure professional nursing care within the nursing standards.
- Your areas of responsibility also include daily life organization, administration, and the implementation of medical orders.
- You document and report your observations orally and in writing and maintain an open and communicative approach.
- If interested and suitable, there is the possibility to take on the deputy management of the shared apartment.
- You contribute your expertise and help shape the future of Psychiatry St.Gallen.
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF (for foreign qualifications, recognition or a positive pre-check by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
- Your German language skills correspond to at least level C1.
- Ideally, you bring professional experience from psychiatry or long-term care.
- You appreciate working in an interdisciplinary team, possess social skills, and are used to working independently.
- Your good IT skills facilitate administrative tasks.
