Your tasks
As a Student Assistant at ES HSG, you support various business units depending on the project situation and gain exciting insights into the continuing education world of the Executive School.
- Administrative and organizational support (documents, presentations, minutes, reporting)
- Data maintenance and thorough research (market/competition, participants, companies) as well as preparation of insights
- Content and quality support for web, social, and slides; proofreading and consistent presentation
- Collaboration on programs and events: participant communication, check-in, room/material logistics, certificates
- Creation and maintenance of course and program materials, agendas, and offers; coordination with lecturers and partners
- Support of strategic initiatives and management documents including KPI overviews and decision-making bases
Your profile
- Currently studying at HSG (Bachelor/Master)
- Very good German and English skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- High IT affinity and enjoyment of digital work tools
