What you can achieve
- Together with the management of the Medical Directorate Nursing/MTT, you drive the implementation of the nursing/MTT strategy at USB and actively shape its strategic further development as well as the annual goals
- You take on personnel leadership and are responsible for the further development of about 5 employees
- You effectively design nursing standards, ensure high treatment quality and patient satisfaction, and consistently bring operational as well as strategic projects to success
- You strengthen the future viability of the area through targeted measures for employee development and retention and systematically expand competencies in a dynamic environment
- You further develop interprofessional care models, promote strategic innovations, and take on the management of demanding, cross-departmental projects
- You position USB through a strong regional, national, and international network and regularly represent your expertise as a speaker or participant at professional congresses
What you bring with you
- Completed basic training in nursing (HF/FH) or in a medical-therapeutic profession (MTT), master's degree in management, health economics, or health sciences, as well as completed leadership training
- Several years of functionally relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in a comparable leadership position
- Very good understanding of the structures, contexts, and dynamics of the Swiss healthcare system
- Leadership personality with pronounced conceptual skills, implementation strength, and communication skills
