These are your tasks
- Ensure successful communication with the public, partners, politics, and employees through integrated corporate communication together with management and the team
- Further develop targeted and forward-looking communication planning with integrated, cross-channel implementation
- Work in the media office, write press releases, and respond to media inquiries
- Develop communication plans and measures for specific projects, including with external agencies
- Design, plan, and create communication strategies and content for company-wide topics such as heat transformation or sustainability, tailored to specific channels
- Act as a business partner to communicatively support a selected business area
What sets you apart
- Higher education in corporate communication, journalism, or media studies
- Several years of professional experience in corporate communication – experience in the energy sector or construction communication is an advantage
- Very good conceptual, planning, and strategic skills, high social competence
- Excellent and confident written and oral expression in German
- Resilient personality with a structured and reliable way of working
