As a Lead Engineer, you take responsibility for exciting projects in the field of hydraulic engineering and hydropower – both within our power plant park and for third-party customers.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

· You independently handle tasks in hydraulic engineering and hydropower projects – from planning to implementation

· You take on the management of overall, partial, or individual projects and ensure that costs, deadlines, and quality are met

· You conduct inspections of power plant facilities and propose measures to the operations management

· Quality assurance is a matter of course for you: you support not only your own projects but also internal processes

· You work closely with internal teams, external planners, authorities, and associations

Profile & Requirements:

· Education: Dipl. Civil Engineer ETH/FH/TU (or equivalent, e.g., cultural or environmental engineer)

· Experience: several years as a civil engineer in specialist areas such as structural analysis, geotechnics, or hydraulic engineering. Experience with complex projects and interdisciplinary teams (>10 people) is an advantage

· Personality: You are open, communicative, and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams. In addition, you have good self-management skills

· Languages: Very good German skills; English, French, or Italian are a plus
