gaw is a non-profit organization and has stood since 1987 for professional and sustainable work and housing integration for people with predominantly psychological impairments in the Basel region. A diverse team of around 100 professionals contributes in the areas of retail/production, gastronomy, housekeeping, packaging, commercial professions, and housing with around 230 supported work and training places as well as 35 semi-supported housing places.

In the packaging department, you specialize in our supported workplaces as well as professional measures of the IV. The goal is to promote the work ability, independence, and social integration of employees in the professional environment.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as Work Educator 80% immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks - versatile & meaningful

• Educational support and promotion of our employees in protected workplaces and in IV measures
• Setting goals, annual and qualification discussions as well as documentation and participation in the IBB rating process
• Ensuring smooth and timely processing of customer orders
• Scheduling employees according to their skills and resources

Your profile - professionally competent & personally committed

• Completed training in work education or equivalent qualification
• Experience in the operational integration of people with psychological or cognitive impairments
• Independent, solution-oriented working style with joy in teamwork
• Openness, humor, and creativity in dealing with challenging situations
