Your Tasks

• Carrying out professional, holistic, and responsible care and support of our geriatric patients
• Independent and responsible execution and monitoring of basic and treatment care within the care process with a focus on therapeutic-activating care of the patients
• Constructive collaboration in shaping the work area and in change processes
• Communication, consultation, and support with and for patients as well as relatives
• A broad, interesting range of tasks with design and development potential in a multidisciplinary team
• Working according to a geriatric treatment concept in an interdisciplinary team

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a health and nursing professional/elderly care nurse (m/f/d) or as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• High nursing and social competence as well as enjoyment in dealing with and caring for people characterize you
• Team orientation and ability to cooperate are a matter of course for you
• You have the ability to work independently, organized, interdisciplinary, and sustainably as well as the willingness for continuous professional development
