As an SEO/SEM/AI-Search Specialist, you will dive deep into the world of search engines, AI optimizations, and data-driven strategies. In this exciting role, you will optimize our corporate website, integrate AI search technologies such as Google SGE, Bing Copilot, and ChatGPT, and ensure that BDO remains visible at the forefront of trends – BDO – a decision that makes sense.

WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE

• Management and continuous optimization of our corporate website – the digital fingerprint of BDO
• Deriving targeted and data-based optimization measures from performance data
• Integration and optimization of AI search technologies (Google SGE, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity)
• Content and data preparation for Large Language Models (LLMs), e.g., via structured data and topic clusters
• Monitoring and reporting of AI visibility KPIs as well as translating insights into business impact (leads, visibility, reputation)
• Trend scouting in the dynamic AI search environment and internal consulting on new opportunities and developments
• You maintain and optimize the website in the Kentico CMS in coordination with the responsible stakeholders and update the content
• You have very good knowledge of HTML and structuring website content
• You are experienced in creating responsive designs and familiar with programming dynamic content

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• You have a degree in marketing, have completed the Swiss Federal Marketing Certificate, or are close to completion
• Alternatively, you have completed commercial training with relevant further education in SEO/SEM
• Solid SEO/SEM expertise: You have excellent know-how in technical SEO, content SEO, and managing SEA campaigns
• Experience with AI search technologies: You are familiar with integrating and optimizing modern AI search solutions such as Google SGE, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
• Additionally, you have expertise in content and data preparation (e.g., structured data and topic clusters)
• KPI and performance focus: You work data-driven, can analyze KPIs and translate them into concrete measures to sustainably increase leads, visibility, and reputation
• Hands-on and strategic: You combine a proactive, implementation-strong mentality with the ability to keep strategic foresight in mind
• Analytical and creative thinking: You have a feel for content architecture, search intent, and deliver creative as well as data-oriented approaches
• Strong communication skills: You can prepare complex topics and data understandably and convincingly for various stakeholders
• Innovative spirit and willingness to learn: You want to continuously develop in a dynamic AI search environment and stay one step ahead
