Senior HR and Organizational Developer (80% - 100%)

Your role with us

• Design and implementation of effective measures in personnel development and corporate health management – from analysis through planning to sustainable integration into everyday work
• Take overall responsibility for the BVB trainee program, actively support participants, and strategically further develop the program to secure sustainable talent for the organization
• Actively shape change and transformation processes, professionally support managers and teams, and effectively anchor changes in the organization
• Design, further develop methods for team development and conflict mediation, and take over professional moderation and mediation if needed
• Contribute along the entire employee life cycle and specifically develop and implement measures to strengthen employee retention

What convinces us

• Completed MSc degree in Psychology with a focus on Work and Organizational Psychology
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in the private sector
• Strong openness to new work and learning forms as well as enthusiasm for actively testing and further developing innovative approaches
• Solid knowledge of agile methods and willingness to use and effectively shape modern collaboration forms situationally
• Strong personal responsibility, solution orientation, and the ability to actively and constructively contribute to the team
