Operations Employee Bürgenstock Railway & Hammetschwand Lift 60-100% (m/f/i)
The extensive main area of responsibility includes:
- Main task is the operation and monitoring of the Bürgenstock Railway and the Hammetschwand Lift
- Guest contact and support as well as tourist advice (ticketing, information, etc.)
- Carrying out daily checks on the facility
- Ensuring smooth daily operation of the respective facility
- Performing minor maintenance work and assisting with annual revision work
Your profile includes:
- Communicative and friendly interaction with guests
- A neat appearance, good manners, and social competence
- Independent and reliable working style, flexibility, and willingness to cooperate
- Good handling of common MS Office programs
- Good expression and communication skills in both German and English
- Additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Joy and motivation in learning new skills and abilities in the field of railway and lift operation including rescue exercises
- Flexibility and willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
- Preferably, you have already gained experience as a machinist or technician in the cable car industry (not mandatory)
