- The primary mission of the judicial authorities is to apply the law and deliver civil, criminal, and administrative justice independently and impartially, with dignity, rigor, and diligence. They represent the third power (the judiciary) alongside the legislative power (Grand Council) and the executive power (Council of State).
The General Secretariat, to which you are attached, plays a central role in the organization of the judicial authorities. Its mission is to provide support and expertise to the governance bodies and assumes the administrative management of the judicial authorities.
Your mission consists, on the one hand, of ensuring the operational implementation of the HR strategy of the judicial authorities, and on the other hand, supporting the Secretary General and the members of the administrative commission (CAAJ) in all aspects of human resources.
Within this framework, you lead or participate in projects and support institutional transformations. You ensure the coherence and harmonization of practices between entities, notably by developing HR directives and regulations.
You are also responsible for exchanges with the State's human resources service to ensure consistency between the State's HR policy and that of the judicial authorities.
Alongside the implementation and support of the HR strategy, you take charge of recruitment, integration, and development of judicial staff. You oversee the deployment of the "Health and Safety at Work" concept across all sites, support hierarchies in managing their workforce, and handle the follow-up of complex individual situations (case management).
Integrated into a small team where interdependence and versatility are essential, you provide support to the activities of other members of the General Secretariat as needed, particularly for handling administrative tasks in the HR sector.
Your role complements a team already consisting of an HR manager at 60%.
Holder of a bachelor’s or master’s degree related to human resources and/or a federal HR certificate, you have at least five years of experience in a responsible position in this field.
You operate comfortably in a demanding and sensitive context, marked by numerous and varied requests, and know how to demonstrate organization and calm to effectively manage confidential and complex situations.
You possess comprehensive skills and knowledge in all aspects of HR management, with particular expertise in recruitment.
Appreciated for your team spirit and strong sense of loyalty, you are also recognized for your commitment, great discretion, and ability to collaborate effectively both within the team and with all stakeholders.
An excellent command of French and common IT tools, notably the Microsoft Office suite, is required. Knowledge of an ERP, particularly SAP, is an asset.
This position also requires holding a clean criminal record and a clean debt collection record.
