To support our IT helpdesk, we are temporarily looking for a customer-oriented and team-capable person for 12 months as
IT Support (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Receiving and processing fault reports, questions and change requests as well as hardware or software problems (helpdesk to expert level)
- Advising and supporting in IT technical matters, communication issues and data security
- Educating users about the proper use of the offered technical and application tools
- Coordinating software adjustments at the user (updates, changes, release changes)
- Creating user manuals and software documentation
- User openings and granting access rights
- Participation in ICT projects in the areas of client management, network, system and communication technology
Your Qualities
- You have completed IT training at EFZ level
- You have professional experience in fault management, customer support and order management
- You can demonstrate solid knowledge in commissioning user devices and evaluating peripheral devices
- You are also skilled in maintaining directory services, possibly complemented by experience in network, server and communication services
- Thanks to your high customer orientation and teamwork skills, you are a good team player
- You speak fluent German; knowledge of French and English is an advantage
- Ideally, you have a category B driving license
