Production Manager Prefabrication (m/f) 100%

Your tasks

• Ensuring nationwide timely, high-quality, and economical order processing
• Implementing and adhering to all safety guidelines
• Promoting flexibility through targeted qualification and training of employees
• Continuous improvement of production processes and monitoring of market and technology developments
• Supporting key customers and suppliers in close cooperation with the team

Your qualifications

• Technical or business education at HF level
• Professional experience in the production environment of prefabrication
• Several years of leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of production processes
• Confident handling of management key figures
• Fluent German and French skills, Italian is an advantage
• Strong leadership, motivating and innovation-promoting
• Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
