You ensure a high-quality and holistic care and nursing quality for our residents, manage the most diverse everyday situations with your modern understanding of nursing, and are co-responsible for the design and implementation of nursing processes. With respect and mindfulness, you address the individual needs and wishes of the residents. You carry the daily responsibility in shift work, without night duty. You enjoy supporting and mentoring learners and employees. As a certified nurse, you are also co-responsible for the correct implementation of nursing processes as well as documentation (easyDOK) and performance recording (RAI). You maintain professional and empathetic contacts with relatives and trusted persons.
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
