About the job

Your tasks:
- Carry out entry and exit condition reports for building beneficiaries
- Prepare residents' living spaces upon their arrival (arrival kit, badge, standard furniture)
- Ensure comfort and cleanliness for building beneficiaries
- Ensure mail distribution
- Main contact for users and the client
- Monitor and control the completion of work
- Identify necessary refreshment works
- Identify situations requiring technical intervention
- Organize interventions respecting mandates
- Control the cleaning service and issue additional mandates
- Document identified problems and forward them to specialized technicians
- Record residents' intervention requests
- Control fire alarms, reassure beneficiaries, and call emergency services if needed
Your profile:
- Graduate of a commercial employee CFC program
- Proven experience in a similar position (ideally in a multicultural NGO-type environment)
- Very good planning and coordination skills
- Proficient in spoken and written French (minimum C1 level)
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (minimum B1 level)
- Very good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office)
- Meticulous, attention to detail
- Autonomous and good adaptability skills
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills
- Strong service and solution orientation
- Comfortable working in multicultural contexts
- Clean criminal record extract (mandatory)
