Polymechanic – Assembly of Modules
Activities
- You assemble customer-specific modules, machines, and production lines according to 2D and 3D drawings and interactive CAD.
- Quality and quantity are no coincidence for you – you ensure the required precision through self-checks and work according to production orders and time specifications.
- Mechanical adjustment work on individual workpieces is part of your tasks, as well as clarifications with design when there are technical questions.
- Together as a team, you install the process technology and test the installed functions mechanically and pneumatically, as well as process-dependent and safety-relevant.
- You optimize machine settings precisely to the needs of our customers.
- During internal machine acceptance tests, you are present when our international customers verify the specified functionality on site with us.
- You dismantle and prepare the machines for shipping.
- The position is initially limited until 31.03.2026.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed your training as a polymechanic EFZ (specializing in assembly).
- You are interested in electrical and automation technology and have basic knowledge in these areas.
- You skillfully read technical diagrams and have a good understanding of processes.
- Your experience and expertise in mechanical engineering make you a professional in your field.
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written; additional English skills are a plus.
- You present yourself confidently, have an eye for detail, and a flair for technical processes.
